Given the nature of personal care products, there are no returns and no refunds.

In case of damage upon reception or delivery of an incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours with a picture of the entire delivery box. We will not be able to help without the picture.

We do not take returns. If the product is defective, we can issue a refund. Please email soakstudio.care@gmail.com with your order details and supporting photos.
